2. USING THIS WEBSITE
By visiting this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on our website. You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering.

3. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens. Product availability, specifications and prices may change. Products are supplied and dispatched by approved third-party suppliers, primarily based in the United Kingdom.

4. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been processed for fulfilment. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by a listing error, or cannot be delivered to the address supplied.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required. Garden, Home & More is not currently VAT registered and does not collect VAT separately. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.

6. DELIVERY
We currently deliver only to supported United Kingdom addresses. Delivery prices, methods and estimated times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive separately. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by couriers, remote locations, severe weather or supplier delays.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. To request help, contact sales@gardentohome.uk before returning an item because different suppliers may use different return addresses.

8. PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE
Products must be used in accordance with their instructions, warnings and intended purpose. You are responsible for checking suitability, measurements and compatibility before ordering. This does not limit our responsibility to supply goods that conform to the contract or your statutory rights.

9. WEBSITE CONTENT
The website, branding, text, graphics and other content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law. Supplier-owned product content remains the property of its respective owner.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Shopify, payment providers, couriers and suppliers may provide parts of the service. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you as the retailer.

11. LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

12. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version applying to an order is the version available when that order was placed.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you.
